This package is inexpensive but includes few hours of consultant. It requires a lot of commitment from you. You have to consider yourself what you need, what you lack, what you would like to change.

Within this package we perform simple configuration work quickly. We will not perform advanced program reconstruction – if such is necessary, consider the Turbo package or individual implementation.

What do online consultations involve?

This is a video call via the Internet with a bs4 consultant using the Zoom application. At the agreed time, the client clicks on the link received and talks to the consultant via a webcam. During the meeting, the consultant or client can show an image from a computer with the bs4 program running.

During the meeting, the client presents their needs related to the implementation of the bs4 program. The consultant

  • provides answers,
  • shows the functionality in the program or provides training,
  • if it can be done in a few minutes, immediately changes the configuration,
  • declares the answer after the meeting.

What is remote program configuration?

If the client’s needs reported during the online meeting can be solved by configuration, the consultant configures the bs4 system between the next online meetings. After configuration, the consultant notifies the client by e-mail and the details are discussed and presented at the next online meeting.

How is working time calculated?

The time of the online session is summed up according to the actual duration of the video call. The time of remote configuration of the program is calculated according to the estimate that the consultant prepares and presents to the client for approval before implementation.

For example – during the meeting, the client told about several changes that he needs, the consultant wrote them down. After the meeting, the client receives an estimate that these changes will take e.g. 2 hours. If the client confirms by e-mail, the changes are implemented.

What if I don't use the package?

Unused hours within the implementation start can be used within 3 months for current support. If the client starts working in the system after using half of the hours, they will be able to report the need for an online session or remote configuration within 3 months to fully use the hours from the purchased package.

What if there are not enough hours?

The customer can purchase additional implementation packages – the same or different according to needs, or switch to individual implementation.

How long does one remote session last?

Minimum 45 minutes, maximum 90 minutes depending on the client’s decision. If the client does not show up at the agreed time or does not cancel the meeting the day before, we charge 30 minutes of consultant’s work.

How to contact a consultant?

Between online meetings, the form of contact is e-mail. Time spent on e-mail correspondence and handling issues reported in e-mail is billed as remote program configuration. Except for justified complaints.

How long does it take to complete the service?

We suggest that the package should not take longer than 3 weeks to complete. If the time frame is longer, the breaks between meetings would be too long.
