What is bs4 core?

The bs4 core program is a low-code platform that allows you to build advanced systems while minimizing the work that requires programming. The application is built using a simple drag & drop interface.

The system will work well both as a single application, but also as a solution that integrates and aggregates data from many sources, e.g. ERP programs.

The bs4 core platform provides many ready-made, configurable solutions, such as an e-mail box, messenger, lists and forms.

How does the trial period work?

During the trial period, you have the opportunity to test various functionalities of the bs4 system. Using the trial version will be similar to the functioning of the standard version of the application.

How do I start my trial period?

How long can I test the demo version?

Access to the free demo version will be available for 30 days from the date the link is generated.

I don't know which plan is for me

Use the contact form to schedule a needs analysis with a consultant. Our representative will answer questions about the program and implementation and will present the operation of some of the system functions.

If you need many advanced functionalities, you can use the service of conducting a full pre-implementation analysis in your company and implementing the bs4 core system by our representative.

I need training for employees

We provide remote and on-site training. If you are interested in remote training, consider purchasing implementation hours. If you want training at your company’s headquarters, use the contact form to receive a dedicated offer.

Can I install bs4 core on my own server?

You can have the bs4 core system installed on your own server when you choose the on-premises version.

Other bs4 core systems are available only in the cloud version, hosted on bs4 servers.

Who is the system user?

A user is any person who logs into the bs4 system.

The price per user is charged for each started month for each user – so it can change with each billing period.

If you choose an annual billing period, you can also change the number of users during the current billing period.

To change the number of users, contact the helpdesk department by sending an e-mail to: help@bs4.pl.

What support is offered to users of the system?

The helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00. During this time, we answer our customers’ questions by phone or by email at help@bs4.io. Our consultants also help with program configuration.

Warranty support, including handling any errors, is free of charge. Any other support is offered within the purchased consultant time.

Is bs4 core safe?

We provide security at every level of system operation:

  • We use OVHcloud servers – the European leader in cloud service providers. You can read more on the OVHcloud Security and Compliance website.
  • We use an encrypted HTTPS connection, so data sent over the network is much safer.
  • The bs4 mobile app does not store any data on the phone – all data is constantly downloaded from the server, so you don’t have to worry about a lost or stolen phone or tablet.
  • bs4 systems are GDPR compliant and support administrators in complying with personal data protection regulations. They also allow for advanced configuration of permissions for individual users and groups.

Do we sign a contract for the duration of use of the system?

To use the bs4 core system after the trial period, it is necessary to electronically sign an agreement with bs4 business solutions sp. z o.o.

The agreement provides for a one-month notice period – but not shorter than the selected settlement period.

Can different users have different packages?

Within one company, all users have the same package, because their functionalities work together and individual employees cannot be excluded from them.

For example, in the case of process management, each employee participates in them, can check the progress of work or receive notifications.

What are the rules for settling receivables?

The trial period is completely free and non-binding.

For the first period after the trial period, we issue a proforma invoice and wait for payment to extend the program and issue the correct VAT invoice.

At the end of each subsequent month (or annual period for annual payment), we issue an electronic invoice for the next period in advance.

Important: Delaying payment by 30 days results in the suspension of the provision of services.
