Bulk sending of emails
The wholesale e-mailing module enables the wholesale sending of personalized e-mails to a selected database of contractors.
Clipboards let you select specific groups of recipients, while tags let you personalize your emails.
The content of each email is built individually – tags are replaced with data from the system (e.g. from the files of specific contractors). Tags can also be attached to the email.
Mailing can be launched with a delay, thanks to the ability to select a specific day and time of sending. You can view the status of e-mail addresses at any time (whether they have already been sent).
The user can set up e-mail campaigns in the bs4 core system and create and select e-mail templates for them. You can import a database of contractors with e-mail addresses to each campaign or select recipients from the system. Addresses added to e-mailing can be filtered according to any criteria, e.g. only contacts for people from whom we have the appropriate marketing consent.
The advantage of the wholesale mailing module built into the bs4 core system is convenience. Mailing can be carried out independently, e.g. by salespeople using the system and making ad hoc email notifications to their customers. For this purpose, they do not have to migrate the address database or update it each time in an external, additional email program.
